Hello and welcome to Moonlit Canopy!

We’re so happy you chose our property for your vacation.

Before you settle in and get comfortable, we would like to make you aware of a few important House Rules to make for a comfortable and fun stay.

The security deposit includes laundry service for towels and linens. Renter is required to leave the property in the same general condition that is was received in by making sure that the dishes are washed and drying on the counter, and the unit is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and laundered.

We prefer that furniture not to be moved.

The hot tub is very expensive to run, please do not turn or unscrew any of the jets and put the lid back on when not in use. Any damage to the hot tub resulting from broken glass, spills, vomit or excessive dirt requiring a full draining and cleaning service will result in a $200 fee or full cost of the repairs. It’s important to operate and maintain the spa heated and clean.

Excessive cleaning charge will apply if the renter and guests do not practice basic cleaning habits; cleaning up accidental spills that can cause permanent stains to interior floors, furniture, bed linens, towels and walls. In the event of permanent damaged to either, from red wine spills, vomit, blood, excessive dirt and any other permanently staining materials will be charged the total cost to replace or repair damage, whichever is more. We ask that common sense be used to minimize the potential of excessive cleaning fee.

Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
