What To Bring and What to Leave For Your Glamping Trip
Yes, we’re biased, but we really think our glamping pods are extraordinary! They look amazing both inside and out, they're ecologically friendly and efficient, and they have a huge panoramic window to maximize your view. Plus, they are cozy and comfortable and they're a unique place to spend a romantic, adventurous, and luxurious getaway you won't forget.
The beauty of glamping with Moonlit Canopy is that we really do have it all; much like a hotel! Tucked between beautiful oak trees in Pleasant Valley, Manitoba, our glamping domes come equipped with king-sized beds and a queen bed in the mezzanine. Each bed is prepared for your stay with plush blankets and pillows, ready to snuggle into on those cooler evenings. If you’re attached to your personal pillow, we recommend bringing it along for your glamping stay under the stars.
Our modern kitchenette has all of the cooking necessities you could need to prepare a chef’s meal. Each glamping dome comes stocked with standard plates, bowls, cutlery, glassware, and stemware. Additionally, you will find a mini-fridge (no freezer), a Keurig with locally sourced ground coffee, pots and pans, and extra items for serving meals such as salad bowls and cutting boards. The Moonlit Canopy glamping domes have seating inside for 4 guests, but there is ample room for entertaining on the patio!
Each glamping dome has a deck with a BBQ, patio table, and hot tub for resting and relaxing. Propane canisters will be full upon your arrival, ready to grill up delicious meals. We recommend bringing a bathing suit for your stay, at any time of the year, as you may want to take a dip in the hot tub or run over to the nearest lake! We ask that you do not remove the bath towels from the space and take to Pelican Lake. Please bring your own beach towels for outdoor excursions!
Lastly, Moonlit Canopy glamping domes have a full bathroom with a panoramic bay window. Each dome will be stocked for your arrival with shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels and washcloths; just like you would during a hotel stay! If you have special bath products, there is space to store them in your beautiful and private washroom. There are receptacles in each washroom to plug-in your hair driers or other electric products. Your more than welcome to bring your own robe and cozy slippers to enhance your stay.
