Things to Do While Glamping at Pelican Lake

Glamping, or glamour camping, is a fun way to experience the great outdoors without sacrificing the comforts of home. 2. Enjoy a round of golf

Pleasant Vally Golf Club is a family owned and operated golf course. The golf course was established in 1965. Set in the picturesque Pembina Valley, at the south end of Pelican Lake, it is a one of a kind golf course.

Elevations rise up 125 ft. on beautiful tree lined fairways, a winding creek meanders throughout the course and large manicured, undulating greens challenge you on every hole.

3. Go on a beach picnic

Pelican Lake is the largest navigable body of water in Southwest Manitoba. The beach is just a short walk down the trail from Moonlit Canopy. Pack a picnic basket with some delicious food and snacks and head out for a relaxing afternoon on the sand. (Don’t forget the sun screen).

4. Learn to Sail! Love to Sail! Live to Sail!

Pelican Lake Yacht Club is offers sailing instruction to everyone, regardless of age, skill level, or physical ability. Students learn sailing skills by entering fun and challenging experiences suited to their age and stage of development. Lessons are taught in sail boats provided by the club.

5. Catch a Fish

There is nothing like being out on the open water! Trolling, casting or bottom bouncing it’s all up to you as you become the captain! Rent a fishing boat and explore the lake with some friends or hire an expert guide to take you out.
